Here are some guidelines on what is required.
What needs to be ticked off on my PPRA profile before I can register my real estate agency?
- Logbook (one year internship)
- NQF4
- PDE4
- NQF5
If you are not already of principal status on your PPRA portal, we would need to upgrade you to principal in order for the agency registration to be completed.
What do I need have in place before I can register my agency?
- Bank letter, confirming that the trust account has been opened in terms of section 54(1) of the Property Practitioner’s Act 22 of 2019;
- Auditor’s letter or trust account exemption;
- Signed and dated resolution letter confirming the status of all the directors;
- FICA confirmation letter;
- Tax clearance certificate;
- BEE certificate/ BEE affidavit;
- CIPC document;
- PPRA application form (Firm);
- PPRA application form for all directors listed on the CIPC document;
- Certified ID’s of all directors listed on the CIPC document;
- Proof of payments for PPRA payments paid.
