The table below will guide you through the steps of becoming a qualified Non-Principal Property Practitioner via a PPRA equivalency exemption process. This will grant you an exemption against the required NQF4 / NQF5 qualification and you will not be required to complete the NQF qualifications.

| 3. | Complete your PPRA workplace training kit over a 6 month period. | R3950 This includes 2 x A4 lever arch files, couriered to you. Complete with instructions, an index and templates. |

| 4. | Register for the Professional Designated Exam Level 4 (PDE4). This can only be completed once your PPRA workplace training modules have been completed, ticked off on your PPRA portal and your PPRA exemption granted by the PPRA. | R4624 This includes registration fee, study guides, prep course, incl past exam Q&A and ongoing assistance from Realty Solutions. |

| 5. | Enrol with an accredited training provider to complete your NQF5 qualification.
